2007.05.08 - A common support question occurs when customers ask us to send their login information or update their account for them. For privacy and security reasons, we do not allow our support team, or even management to access people's usernames or passwords. For the same reasons, we do not login as a customer and change information. If you have forgotten your password, our support staff can initiate an email to re-send your password to the account owner email address. Resetting your username requires access to a fax machine and proper photo identification. We're here to help and protect you!

2007.04.19 - Any refunds due to customers affected by our customer service interruption should now be completed. Please feel free to email us immediately if you have not yet received your refund for an unprocessed order. 2006.05.23 - WontonGold announces a partnership with Mainely Wired. Mainely Wired is a wireless high-speed internet service provider serving the Mid Maine, Mid-Coast, Down East, Off Shore, and Northern Maine areas. Their focus on bringing the high-speed internet to rural areas of Maine provides a much need access point for many personal and small business customers. WontonGold will serve as the domain name and website provider for Mainely Wired.

2005.12.20 - WontonGold announces the upgrade and revision of its website and changes in the payment system. A number of changes allow WontonGold to offer enhanced support to customers. A new layout has been designed to help customers easily purchase, renew, and transfer their domain names. This improved format and further integration with Tucows, our domain name wholesaler, allows our customers to more efficiently manage their domain names.

2005.09.22 - We now accept PayPal for all of our services. Using PayPal, you can pay via check, credit card, or wire transfer in the following currencies: US Dollars, Canadian Dollars, Australian Dollars, British Pounds, Euros, and Japanese Yen.
